About me
I draw upon over 20 years of consulting and leadership experience in helping various kinds of local and global organisations succeed. I work with founders and leadership to identify and solve problems: reducing founder dependency, building purposeful culture and processes, and bringing focus on what actually drives growth.
My core expertise lies in project and people leadership, with a strong emphasis on participatory methods. I naturally navigate between people and systems, and between strategic and pragmatic aspects of organisational systems and change. I understand both the tangible and more abstract elements that motivate people to commit, and I’m able to facilitate such change.
I love complex problems. I see the big picture and have a curiosity to identify the right challenges, and have an open-minded approach to choosing means to solve them — through people, systems, and structures.
I am honest, compassionate, and believe in people and their potential. My superpowers are engaging people and understanding systems. I create trust-based and transparent working environments that empower individuals and foster their sense of ownership. And I enable people to do their best by ensuring that systems, practices and processes are at a sufficient level to support them, always considering the stage the client organisation is in.
